Cards that think like you
Text, code, images and tables. Keep an explanation complete without losing the one idea you want to remember.
A note here. A PDF there. Screenshots and saved links everywhere. Your next great idea shouldn’t get lost in the pile.
Your knowledge becomes useful when you practise bringing it back. Try a sample card below, then build your own collection with notes, images or Gemini-assisted PDF drafts.
Take a moment. What do you remember?
Reveal the answer, then tell us how it went.
More than a place to store notes. Retainzy's AI tools help you turn documents into cards, refine what you learn, find your saved knowledge, and see what your recall is missing.

Retainzy connects the things most learning tools leave apart:
collecting knowledge, understanding it, and coming back to it.
Write a card in your own words, or turn a PDF into AI-assisted drafts. Add code, images and tables. Review the draft, make it yours, and save only what you want to learn.
Bring your study notes, technical concepts and everyday discoveries. Give each one a clear home—and a reason to revisit it.

Gemini helps turn document content into card drafts, with source context you can check before saving.
Ask questions about saved cards and refine document drafts without losing your conversation history.
Today, tomorrow and overdue views make it clear what is ready for a review. Your recall feedback guides what comes next.
Search your cards, filter by topic or category, and favourite the things you want close at hand.
Test your recall and follow review activity, streaks and focus areas. Spot knowledge that needs another look.
You don't need to turn every page into a card. Start with the ideas that matter, and make a little room to practise recalling them.
A few things worth knowingA question, a concept, a useful example. Short and specific is easier to practise.
Give yourself a moment to find the answer, rather than just recognising it on the page.
Forgot, partly remembered, remembered or easy. Honest feedback makes the next review more useful.
Review what's ready, catch up when you miss a day, and let your activity show the habit growing.
A little clarity before your first card.
Retainzy is a learning and knowledge-retention workspace. You collect useful ideas as cards, organise them, and revisit them through scheduled reviews. AI tools help you work with your documents and saved knowledge; your own recall and feedback keep the learning active.
Gemini powers AI-assisted PDF-to-card drafts, conversational draft refinement, the knowledge assistant, and recall-test feedback. You can check source context, ask about your saved cards and progress, or get feedback on points your recall answer missed. The knowledge assistant is focused on your Retainzy workspace—not a general-purpose chatbot.
The knowledge assistant is read-only. You review and approve document-generated drafts before saving them as cards. AI recall tests provide scores, improvement suggestions and possible misconceptions; they do not automatically replace your review rating or change your schedule. Always check AI-generated content against the source.
No. You can write your own cards, generate drafts from a PDF with Gemini, or save public cards you discover in the community. AI drafts are editable, so you can check the source, correct anything that needs work, and keep only useful cards.
Mark it “Forgot” honestly. Retainzy uses review feedback to bring difficult cards back sooner and give well-remembered cards more space. Missed reviews remain available in your overdue queue. No tool can guarantee you will never forget, but regular, honest practice gives you a useful review routine.
No. New cards are private by default. You choose whether to make a card public for other learners to discover. You can organise and review your own collection without publishing it.
Start with a few short cards, each focused on one idea. Try recalling before reading the answer. Give honest feedback rather than marking everything Easy, and return to Today regularly. Check AI-generated drafts before saving, and use your focus areas to guide extra practice.

One card. One review. A little more that stays.
